These terms govern your use of the EV Copilot app, operated by JuppIt Studios LLP ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them.

Drive safely. EV Copilot is a planning and information aid, not a substitute for your own judgment. Do not interact with the app while driving. Always follow road rules, road signs, and real-world conditions, and confirm charger availability and vehicle range before relying on them.

1. What EV Copilot does

The app plans electric-vehicle routes with charging stops, estimates battery and timing, surfaces charging and dining information, and can hand navigation to Google Maps. Planning data comes from third-party providers and from the vehicle and settings you enter.

2. Estimates are estimates

Range, battery percentage, charging times, distances, ETAs, charger availability, tariffs and restaurant details are estimates from third-party and modelled data. Real-world results vary with your vehicle, driving, weather, traffic, terrain, and the state of a given charger. We do not guarantee that any charger will be available, working, or priced as shown, or that any route or arrival estimate will be exact. Use a safety margin and verify critical details independently.

3. Your responsibilities

You are a licensed driver operating a roadworthy vehicle.
You will not use the app in a way that is unsafe, unlawful, or that abuses the service (for example, automated scraping or attempts to exceed usage limits).
You are responsible for the accuracy of the vehicle and settings you enter.

4. Accounts

Some features require signing in. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting us.

5. Third-party services

The app relies on third-party services (including TomTom, Google Maps Platform, Mapbox and Firebase) and links to third-party apps such as Google Maps and charging-network apps. Your use of those is subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and the service may be unavailable from time to time. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the change.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EV Copilot and JuppIt Studios LLP are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for losses arising from reliance on estimates, charger availability, navigation hand-off, or third-party services. The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
